What a coincidence

Phil, Emma, and I were sitting on the porch talking about turkey's because it was the last day of hunting season and Phil hadn't seen one turkey! He was saying how in turkey season you see tons of deer, and in deer season you see tons of turkey.

Emma began telling us that he didn't get a turkey because they were hard to see. Just like deer...when you go hunting they are hard to see. Just then she looks up and says "oh look, there's a deer now!"

Wouldn't you know it, right there in our back yard in the woods a fawn goes running by! What are the chances? How strange?

We all had a good laugh at the irony!
