One more for today....I think.
Can I just say that some may think I am an awful mother for allowing this but I was at my wits end. My daughter had literally eaten non-stop for weeks now. The frustrating part is that I don't think she is hungry at all. She will finish breakfast and immediately want a snack. Eat lunch...want a snack before dinner, snack, after dinner snack, before bed, snack. What the HECK! This has to be boredom eating or something. After a while I noticed this pattern and after much begging, pleading, asking, and then yelling...she still does not listen. I find her in the pantry eating. So today she ate all her meals and then some. I went to take a shower and she said she was hungry. I told her not to eat, and when I got out I would make dinner. What do I find when I get out of the shower? Not only had she eaten she had a bag of tortilla chips, a bag of muncheez, and a bag of croutons she was eating from. She then proceeded to eat a WHOLE can of spaghetti o's. Now instinct told me not to give her more after the first helping of spaghetti o's but she begged and pleaded so I gave her the rest of the can and she devoured it. Mind you, Ethan did not eat any of this...she ate the whole can. Afterwards she walks in her stomach hard as a rock complaining her belly hurts. Not that I want to see her in pain, but I think this may be what it takes to finally get through her head that she CANNOT eat nonstop all day. This isn't allowed here nor is it allowed when school starts in the fall. So I made her go to bed with a full belly that was aching. Yes I thought about giving her medicine but I want her to remember this feeling before shoving her face with food next time. So to some, I may be an awful mom...but I had to do what I had to do to get this through her head. I just hope it works.

He's back
Monkey boy is back. I got him up from his nap, he was again naked, and had poop all over his crib! Isn't it kind of early to be going through this "phase" I thought this happened around 2? Why would you want to play with poop? How long will this last?

Queen of posting today
I am totally cleaning my house getting ready to pack up and go to my Family Reunion. Yesterday I washed and swept the floors, vacuumed the carpets, and starting to pack. Today I read that you should be washing sheets at least every 10 days. Sorry to say I lack in this area. My sheets and all bedding could practically walk on their own by the time I get to washing them. Anyway, I did not know that you could wash pillows. So I have done the bedding for Emma and her pillows, and when that was finished I popped our pillows in the washer. I have no clue what happened this time around, but for some reason after washing the pillows the tub of the washer was still filled with soap suds! WEIRD! Needless to say they are in the washer yet again. I am really hoping they are completely clean this time around because I don't want to have to run the washer again for no reason. And by the way. Throwing pillows in the dryer is a great way to give them their fluff back. I never new this. Once a pillow got flat we would throw them away and get new ones. Who knew that throwing them in the dryer revitalized them? Can you tell this is my first time washing pillows? haha!
And crazy me I gave myself a bikini wax! haha! Yes you heard right! I have a bad problem in that area, and it seems to get worse with every pregnancy...why is that? I never knew turning into an ape was part of the deal. But anyway...my skin is so sensitive that shaving just does not cut it. It gives me bad bumps and being so fair skinned you can still see the root of the hair etc. I desperately want laser hair removal, but I know that is too costly for us at this point. So I did some research and being was to embarrassed to go to the salon to do it, I finally determined I will do this on my own. I got numbing cream, bump be gone, and wax strips and had at it. I must say it did hurt a bit, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was fairly easy to do and worked pretty well. I had to give myself a break, though I got most of it, I started bleeding (completely normal) and was getting sore I figured that was enough for today. I still have strips left so I will try again tomorrow or in a couple of days. If this really lasts for 6 weeks this is so worth it. Like I said it's not that bad for how long the results last and it is fairly simple. I am eager to see what it looks like in a couple of days. And I have decided that armpits would be by far the worst past of the body to do! I am not even going to try there!

Hope from my coffe mugs
I have to admit that I have been a little worried about a certain situation in my life right now. Some may know what I am talking about, and others won't but the actual subject is not important at the moment. Most people in my life who know about this have been very positive....and then there are others. Others who only see the bad in everything. People who are negative and only bring up the negative. They make me start to think badly and that this may go all wrong at any time. It's the one voice that starts the little voice bringing up all the bad. I guess I don't understand people. Why is it that everyone has an opinion, and their opinion is so contrary to how I feel? Don't get me wrong I have opinions about other people situations...I guess it is my fault for telling some people about this situation. Are you all confused now by my coded message? haha! I can explain in more detail now, it's just not the right time at the moment So this morning I get out my coffee mug a different one with a different scripture and it says The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace. ROMANS 15:13
I need to refocus on the joy and peace and the goodness of all this and try to pt all that negativity behind me. I don't understand why it bothers me so much what others think of me. Why do I care? Not everyone is going to be happy with me all the time. I just can't get these things out of my head though. Hopefully I can find peace about it and move on and not be so insecure. Overall it doesn't matter.

I gave birth to a monkey
My cute adorable son is not only good at climbing but he has discovered a new talent! He can now undo his diaper and squish his little hands in his poop! I caught him naked sitting in the living room with his hands covered in poop squishing in and out of his little fingers. Then when I tried to pick him up and put him in the bath and began rubbing his face spreading the monkey poop all over his mouth, cheeks and eyes. I haven't experienced something like this before (no my daughter NEVER did this) and it took every ounce of self control to keep from tossing my cookies all over the floor. And just the thought of poop on y0our face, near your mouth....oh God I hope he doesn't get sick from that. How disgusting. I am hoping this may be a sign of early potty training but until then I need to catch the poop right away so that we don't have another flinging scene in the future! NASTY!

Jekyl and Hyde
I have been absolutely awful to live with the past few weeks. I know I am moody. I try to control it but it just happens. It's like really bad PMS. I think that fact that it has been obnoxiously hot here as well does not help anyone's moods. Thankfully we have had a break in the heat today. It is a gorgeous 67 degrees right now, sunny and just perfect!
I need to get back to working out. It has been so hot here that I took a break for a few days. There are new workouts that I want to try and stay in the habit of doing them! I am excited to get going on this, and hopefully this will help my moods as well.
I just began taking vitamins again as well, so I am sure that will help me bunches!
I just got this new mug and it is so pretty. I have been drinking tea lately which counts as water consumption so that is a plus. Anyway the mug is all different colors and it says :
FREE TO BE ME
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
PSALM 139:14
How cool is that?
