12 o' clock

I am still bleeding. The doctors are sending me for an ultrasound at 12:00 so we will see whats going on. I am thinking it's not gonna be good. The only thing that still gives me hope is that the blood is brown. As long as it's not red things can still be ok, but I am not getting my hopes up.
